Refunds & Returns Policy

KPC Notes Malta sells two kinds of products: digital study notes (delivered as downloadable files) and physical printed materials. Different terms apply to each.

Digital notes

Your notes are delivered as a downloadable PDF. A download link is emailed to you immediately after purchase and is also shown on your order confirmation page.

Because the download is delivered instantly, all sales of digital notes are final. We do not offer returns or refunds once a download link has been issued.

EU/EEA right of withdrawal: by purchasing, you request and consent to immediate delivery of the digital content and acknowledge that you lose the 14-day right of withdrawal for digital content. This consent is recorded at checkout.

Licence: digital notes are licensed for your personal use only. Each file is watermarked with details linked to your order; sharing, copying, reproducing or redistributing the file is not permitted.

Download or content problems: if your download link does not work, or the content does not match the product description, email info@kpcnotesmt.com within 7 days and we will re-send your file or correct the content. Where a refund is required by law, it will be issued to your original payment method.

Physical printed materials (Year 6, 7 and 8 packs, and any printed copy ordered through us)

Printed copies are produced to order. If your order arrives damaged, faulty or incorrect, email info@kpcnotesmt.com within 7 days of delivery with a photo, and we will replace it or provide any remedy required by law.

As printed copies are made to order, they are not eligible for change-of-mind returns once production has begun, except where required by law.
